• At the helm of Lifetime Solar & Security, Inc., is owner Steve Alvarado who began this Jacksonville based company in June of 2001. His recent beginnings here are not to be mistaken as a career beginning, but rather the coming home of a well-traveled expert who is honest and respected by the film industry.

Born in Dallas Texas, Steve entered the film industry in 1983 by directing the growth of what became a great residential tinting company. He then became a regional trainer and sales representative for CPFilm’s Texas area distributor, then in 1992 was selected to manage the technical marketing group at CPFilms (manufacturer) as application specialist, where his departmental team alongside his training and troubleshooting role positively shifted the degree and quality of information made available to window film installers worldwide.

He has held positions with the largest distributor of Vista and Llumar Films Products, with Bekaert manufacturer of Panorama and Solar Gard and has consulted worldwide to help improve markets and installation methods as far away as India, South America and Asia.
